We still talk about organisational change in terms of programmes, with a start, a series of activities and a destination. This is fatally flawed.
Instead, we should be creating a climate where people are curious, attentive, spot where things could be better, try out improvements, learn and adapt.
In this world, employees don’t suffer from change fatigue but thrive in flux. Rather than being shaken by change, they are the shakers. Both as individuals and organisations, we move from fragile to agile.
