By almost any measure, reorganisations fail. Stock price, productivity, loyalty, even overall costs, are more likely to head in the wrong direction after a significant reorganisation. The effect on employees tends to be devastating.

Cresting the curve
Life is a roller coaster. Spend more time at high points. Participants will:
  • Discover how to find out where they are in the change curve (most of us are going through several different change curves at any one time)
  • Appreciate why they are at this stage and what they can do to ease the journey through the next stages
  • Decide what practical things they can do at each point in the curves to increase time spent at the high points and reduce the depth of the curve
  • Consider the barriers to cresting the curve and how to remove them

Delivering change
The hardest part of change is the transition period and by managing people's reactions, we can deliver our change successfully. Participants will:
