Mind Gym has trebled in the last three years. Key to our growth is recruiting great people.
We are looking for a commercial Business Development Director to join our Client Team and grow existing accounts and generate new business through drive and tenacity in a high-performance culture.
Mind Gym isn’t your average company. We use psychology to help organisations all over the world transform performance by changing the way their employees think, feel and behave. And we do this internally with our own employees too.
The role focusses on selling intellectual products to FTSE 250 companies – think Google, M&S, Tesco, EE.
On a day to day basis you will be having compelling conversations with executive level decision makers within HR and L&D in order to understand their people and performance challenges. From here you’ll be proposing suitable solutions from Mind Gym’s unique and innovative point of view and service offerings.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside like-minded colleagues – including our CEO – in a fun and challenging environment.
Following your onboarding you will be given the autonomy to build and develop your own practice area. With support and continuous collaboration from our content and client service teams, and with guidance from your Manager/Head of Sales and our CEO.
We encourage the team to use their initiative and creativity, in order to find a style of working that works for them, one size does not fit all.
Earning potential is uncapped. Hard work and success is rewarded with a generous commission structure and opportunities to progress and develop.
For us to best set you up for success, it’s essential that you have demonstrable experience in consultative B2B sales, securing new business and growing existing accounts. Owning the end-to-end process from initial conversation, through to proposal generation and final pitch.
We are looking for people who love to learn. We are thought leaders in our space, so having an interest in what drives human performance at work is beneficial.
We work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Self-starters who enjoy, and are experts at, managing their own time, pipeline and overall workload are more likely to find success, and find ultimate enjoyment in this role.
If you press accept, we’ll assume you are happy with this.
