The Job:

You will be responsible for Financial Planning & Analysis, to support our continued growth. You will develop the system and processes required to produce accurate and relevant management information to enable the business to make commercial decisions.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting – Building on the 3-year integrated P&L, balance sheet and cash flow forecast model with KPI’s that measure key business drivers.
  • Profitability Reporting & Analysis – Assisting in financial modelling and detailed analysis for business lines e.g. new business volume analysis and forecasting, client/product profitability & earnings analysis.
  • Business Partnering – Support the development of insights and analytical offering in FP&A across all functions.
  • Business Cases– Ad hoc investment appraisal and performance analysis.


About you:


  • Newly qualified accountant (ACA or CIMA) or 1-2 years PQE
  • Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail
  • Deeply analytical and numerate with advanced excel skills
  • Self-motivated and driven with experience working in fast growth entrepreneurial businesses
  • Able to prioritise workload, cover all bases and be able to dive into the detail when necessary
  • An excellent communicator with inter-personal skills to articulate and influence decision makers with clear and concise information.
