The Job:

The Marketing Team is the face and voice of Mind Gym. We are on a mission to build a global brand that’s as commonplace as Google or Ben and Jerry’s; with the reputation as challenging, forward-thinking pioneers in the world of human performance and learning. We are looking for someone equally ambitious to drive the marketing agenda forward.
Core to our work is the tenet that every interaction must be stimulating, and every word supported by the science.
We’re looking for an internationally experienced B2B senior marketing professional with remarkable energy and pace. You will lead a global team of marketeers, agencies and consultants; steering Mind Gym’s position as the leading disrupter in the world of corporate learning. This role will play an integral part in our future growth.

Day-to-Day you will:


  • Partner with Leaders in the UK & US to deliver our global marketing strategy
  • Define and develop the Mind Gym brand
  • Select and manage existing and new external agencies
  • Work to implement client activation, retention and lead generation efforts
  • Drive the digital activity across PPC, Social, Content, SEO, Analytics
  • Lead and mentor the internal team
  • Build a high performing results hungry marketing team


About you:


  • Experienced marketing professional, with experience operating within UK and US markets
  • Managed and collaborated with external agencies
  • Exposure to a B2B digital marketing environment (agency or in-house)
  • Used to operating at high altitude, at pace with rigour
  • Can deliver strategic input to the Leadership Team
  • Track record of global marketing planning
  • Expertise in data-driven, commercial marketing position, with a focus on lead generation
  • Strong people management and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-stakeholder environment
  • A passion for psychology and human performance at work
