This role:
Technology is critical to Mind Gym’s success. As we continue to grow and innovate we need the highest quality IT Services and Support to enable the business’s development. This requires a strong technical leader to partner with business leaders and the software development team and make things happen. In particular you’ll be responsible for:
Team Management & Professional Development
Motivate a team of Support Analysts and Engineers through performance coaching, career planning, and objective setting
- Lead the team ensuring both high performance and strong personal growth of individuals
- Organize and deliver regular team meetings and team-building exercises to increase productivity and culture within the environment
- Quality assurance on service items throughout the service lifecycle
- Act as a point of escalation for complex and high priority issues
Infrastructure Management
Responsible for the build-out, support, and on-going maintenance of the entire infrastructure including on-premise and cloud-based solutions across internal and front-end infrastructures.
- Partner with the Digital Strategy Director to architect innovative solutions
- Hands-on installation, support, and maintenance to environment
- Proactive monitoring and support, ensuring incidents are prevented wherever possible
Reporting & Compliance Management
Provide stakeholders with regular reports, KPIs, and compliance status regularly
- Oversight and management of Service Desk board including backlog, feature requests, and general statistics
- Provide regular reports to relevant stakeholders for helpdesk and individual based metrics
- Monitor and track status of compliance maintenance and initiative status including GDPR, PCI, and ISO related compliance initiatives
- Critical member of internal CSIRT team (Computer Security Incident Response Team)
