The Job:

The Commercial Operations function at Mind Gym are responsible for driving the commercial agenda across the business. We are a data hungry bunch who enjoy taking charge. We business partner with all functions within Mind Gym and provide key insight to enable teams to operate effectively and strategically.
In this role, you will ensure commercial data integrity, process efficiency as well as working closely the Sales Team on a day-to-day basis. You will also support and enable the Commercial Finance & Operations function to produce accurate and reliable sales reporting, which will drive business insight and enable senior management decision-making.



  • Provide analysis and insight on the sales planning data that is used in our commercial operations function
  • Identify trends and patterns in sales data which could influence decision-making
  • Take ownership of our CRM system to export reports for the Leadership and the Sales Team, ensuring the data is always accurately reported
  • Own the relationship between sales KPIs and different data sets, which exist within the systems to inform accurate decision making
  • Ensure data integrity from consistent review of the data sets, using your insight to help inform required process changes
  • Provide regular management reports on operations activity


About you:


  • University degree in Economics, Maths, Business Management or equivalent (2:1 desirable)
  • Previous experience of working with large data sets and creating concise reports (this could be as part of your degree course)
  • Comfortable in using Microsoft Excel (i.e. pivot tables, formulas)
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Able to communicate with people at all levels
  • Ambitious to learn, develop and succeed
  • Be resilient and persistent
  • Multi-tasker who can juggle many projects at once
  • Strong prioritisation skills
