The Job:

The Marketing Team is the face and voice of Mind Gym. We are on a mission to build a global brand that’s as commonplace as Google or Ben and Jerry’s; with the reputation as challenging, forward-thinking pioneers in the world of human performance and learning. Core to our work is the tenet that every interaction must be stimulating, and every word supported by the science.
We’re looking for a B2B Marketing Coordinator with remarkable energy and pace, to support the awareness of the Mind Gym brand, generating leads through a mix of thought-provoking marketing initiatives that will grow business revenues.
You will report to the Global Marketing Director and often work directly with the Sales Team to determine and deliver the EMEA marketing strategy.

Your role:


  • Content creation, distribution and management of website (WordPress)
  • Schedule, organise and manage internal/external events & webinars
  • Work with creative agency to brainstorm concepts and ideas for driving brand awareness
  • Development of promotional materials – participation in both digital and traditional marketing campaigns
  • Creating and managing content promoting Mind Gym’s impact, insights and news
  • Facilitate regular updates to all social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)
  • Serve as the point of contact for the marketing automation system – setting up campaigns and monitoring leads
  • Collaborate and contribute internally to creative campaigns
  • Manage inbound lead flow and general requests
  • Work effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture
  • Understanding and managing multiple internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to day-to-day marketing tasks


About you:


  • Experience in B2B marketing (desirable)
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, start-up type environment
  • Web and digital experience with excellent copy writing/editing skills
  • Experience creating a variety of different types of optimised for different channels
  • Social Media savvy with some understanding of Google Analytics and SEO
  • Self-starter who can work both collaboratively and autonomously
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of a 2.1 (desirable)
