We are looking for a commercial Practice Lead to lead a team, in order to grow existing accounts and generate new business through drive and tenacity in a high-performance culture.

The role focuses on selling intellectual products to FTSE 250 companies – think Google, M&S, Tesco, EE.
Running a practice area leading in one industry vertical and managing 3-4 others to deliver in their industry vertical, coaching team members to build and develop their practice.
On a day to day basis you will be having compelling conversations with executive level decision makers within HR and L&D in order to understand their people and performance challenges.
Deepening these relationships with senior executives in key accounts across the practice to drive growth.From here you’ll be proposing suitable solutions from Mind Gym’s unique and innovative point of view and service offerings.

Following your onboarding you will be given the autonomy to build and develop your practice. With support and continuous collaboration from our content and client service teams, and with guidance from the Chief Commercial Officer and our CEO.

For us to best set you up for success, it’s essential that you have demonstrable experience in consultative B2B sales, securing new business, growing existing accounts, as well as sales/people management expertise. Owning the end-to-end process from initial conversation, through to proposal generation and final pitch.
