Locations: London

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Presentation Designer to join our growing team of talented individuals at The Mind Gym. You will be joining a company that fosters a culture of creativity while facilitating high performance in every part of the business. We have seen the company grow rapidly in the last three years, with a global reach and offices in London, New York and Singapore, among others.
Situated within the Design function, the Presentation Designer will be the go-to for everything related to presentations, pitches, and powerpoints. All applicants will have mastery over Microsoft Powerpoint, and ideally, another presentation software, such as Keynote. You will be working alongside graphic designers, creative artworkers, and copywriters as part of a talented and innovative team.
We will also expect the Presentation Designer to bring their own innovative thinking to the team – suggesting new ways of visualising solutions, better ways of working, or more impactful presentation styles. We are open to the right applicant helping to define the scope of the role, and may want to broaden the responsibilities in the future as the team expands.
We at Mind Gym believe in what we do, and the attitude of the team reflects that. Mind Gym is fast becoming THE platform for behaviour change, and this role would often involve working closely with psychologists who have created custom solutions, as well as other members of the design team. We offer a generous package for the right candidate, with benefits that reflect the value of our employees throughout the company.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Process: Support on presentation needs across the business, working closely with team-members in design, as well as CST, Solutions and other stakeholders. As a presentation specialist, you may be working with anyone from the CEO to Solutions Designer.
  • Visual and presentation skills: You will have a strong visual eye, using creative thinking and technical expertise to find impactful presentation solutions.
  • Relationship building: You will operate as the go-to for presentation-related questions and problems, and so will be an enthusiastic and receptive member of the design team.
  • Visual research: Keep informed of the latest visual trends, and in particular, presentation design trends – being keen to apply what you’ve learned and experiment with new ways of visualising design work.
  • Technical support: The presentation designer may be asked to support others working within Powerpoint or other presentation software, and might facilitate sessions focusing on the capabilities and functionality of the software.
  • Efficiency: Seeking new and better ways of working, while maintaining high visual standards, and negotiating between the two for maximum efficiency and creativity.
