The Job:

 
As a leader in the field of behavioural science, technology is critical to Mind Gym’s continued success. As we grow and innovate we need the highest quality Digital services and support to enable the business’s development.
 
The Product Manager role is part of a new team responsible for bringing Mind Gym’s innovative digital vision to market. Working with other Product Managers, this role’s central focus will be around the user experience and go to market strategy to ensure maximum user adoption.
 
The candidate will leverage their deep understanding of the user’s psychology, love of solving complex ambiguous problems, and passion for carefully researching customer needs to develop great communication strategies and user experiences. Simply put, you will create amazing experiences for our clients.
 

About you:

 

  • Communication is the key to success in this role.  Above all else, the candidate needs to be a strong and natural communicator, both written and verbally
  • Digital experience in a product manager or product marketing manager role
  • Experience working on complex mid-market or enterprise solution
  • Have previously successfully brought a product to market & have also failed in a product launch
  • Ability to create wireframes and prototypes
  • Experience with both B2B and B2C solutions is a must
  • Creative thinker with a vision
  • Project management experience and/or demonstrable skills
  • Excitement and love of the problem, embracing the challenges and leveraging them for innovation
  • Fascinated by user behaviour and understanding user experience
