The Job:

 
Mind Gym has one of the largest and fastest-growing associate networks in the world. We have more than 300 coaches in over 30 countries. Our Talent Network team has responsibility for continuing to this global network of stellar coaches. The Recruitment Coordinator will be integral in supporting this growth.
 
We are looking for our first UK based Recruitment Coordinator to join us in creating a seamless Coach experience from the start of a search to until they join our network.
 
This is a chance for you to shape your career in the talent space, gaining exposure and experience in a fast-paced, forward thinking recruitment team.
 

What you will be doing day-to-day:

 

  • Managing all applications to join the Coach Network, with a focus on the candidate experience
  • Undertaking initial first round interviews and supporting further conversations for new Coaches, until they join
  • Sourcing new Coaches in cold and warm areas to build up future pipeline
  • Supporting all administration efforts for a seamless candidate experience, from booking event spaces to sending out all assessment materials

 

About you:

 

  • Some experience in a fast-paced HR or Talent role, either in-house or within an agency, with a desire to get closer to the candidate experience
  • Adept with using LinkedIn and other forms of social media to find top-notch candidates
  • A proven track record of finding passive talent for hard-to-fill roles
  • A spirit to serve – you see candidates as your clients and even on the busiest of days prioritise them first
  • Ambition to tackle new responsibilities paired with the initiative to know when (and how) to push forward
  • Knowing the devil is in the details – you have a keen eye for detail and precision to match
  • A growth mindset – you’re always looking for ways to develop and improve. You seek feedback as much as possible and learn from mistakes along the way
  • Willingness to lean in wherever necessary – you’re not someone who is looking to be bound by a job description
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
