The Job:

 
Mind Gym has one of the largest and fastest-growing associate networks in the world. We have more than 300 coaches in over 30 countries. Our Talent Network team has responsibility for continuing to this global network of stellar coaches. The Recruitment Coordinator will be integral in supporting this growth.
 
We are looking for our first UK based Recruitment Coordinator to join us in creating a seamless Coach experience from the start of a search to until they join our network.
 
This is a chance for you to shape your career in the talent space, gaining exposure and experience in a fast-paced, forward thinking recruitment team.
 

What you will be doing day-to-day:

 

  • Managing the end-to-end running of Mind Gym’s global certifications from Singapore to New York, London to Paris
  • Working closely with our Talent Network Recruitment Director and Master Coaches in order to manage a seamless Coach journey
  • Organising all global development initiatives for our existing Coaches
  • Managing the inbound Coach pipeline and scholar experience

 

About you:

 

  • Some experience in a fast-paced HR, Talent or Operations role
  • Ambition to tackle new responsibilities paired with the initiative to know when (and how) to push forward
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally a high growth, small or medium sized business
  • Attention-to-detail and quality in all tasks and interactions
  • Can-do attitude, happy to step outside role as needed
  • Someone with great problem solving and organisational skills and a proactive use of initiative in all tasks
  • Knowing the devil is in the details – you have a keen eye for detail and precision to match
  • A growth mindset – you’re always looking for ways to develop and improve. You seek feedback as much as possible and learn from mistakes along the way
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
