We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for behavioural science and has the drive to support and lead that revolution in EMEA, transforming the world of work and change lives forever.

The Job:

Build trusted advisor relationships with HR and business leaders, so they are excited by how to transform performance with the judicious appliance of behavioural science and so choose to partner with Mind Gym.
KPIs are likely to include:

  • Revenue for Mind Gym Plc
  • and quality of relationships with CHRO/C-suite in FTSE 250 and equivalent
  • Growth in team’s capability to lead the thinking of senior clients

The activity may include, for example:
For Clients

  • Expert authority and Exec sponsor on key accounts
  • Lead pitches for large contracts
  • Navigate to secure Board level consensus within clients
  • Scope and shape complex solutions
  • Deliver insight at senior leader events (eg, keynote at top 100 conference)

In the market

  • Speak at Human Capital and industry conferences
  • Media, e.g., appearing on digital channels; writing articles even giving TED talks
  • Known by C-suite and beyond as a leading expert in behavioural change.

Strategy (in collaboration with Mind Gym Senior Leadership)

  • Shape the proposition and go to market strategy to secure large, multi-year contracts
  • Advise on R&D investment and innovation pipeline based on market intelligence
  • Contribute to the continuous development of Mind Gym solutions


About you:


  • Have previously led full sales life cycle, ideally with some Executive delivery element within the Human Capital space
  • Expert strategic Account Management, you can navigate complex and matrixed environments to gain consensus across multiple strategic buyers
  • Master solutions seller, expanding new and existing client relationships
  • Consistently meets or exceed your financial goals
  • Extraordinary collaboration skills, you easily partner with others across teams and regions to deliver
