The Job:

The Design Team is the engine that brings to life Mind Gym’s behavioural change products, programmes and solutions for our global clients, large and small.
This growing team is responsible for ensuring Mind Gym experiences are supported by impactful and strategic design executions that spark engagement, encourage participation and drive activation across multiple touchpoints.
As a key member of the Design Team, you will support in the development of our learning session materials, including presentation and printed collateral, interactive PDFs, and online learning using the Rise platform. In addition, you will work closely with other artworkers in the development of Mind Gym internal and external communications.
An important component of this role will be collaboration with our Solutions Team (our team of in-house occupational psychologists). An individual with a genuine interest in behavioural science as well as design will excel in this role.



  • Working closely with and reporting to your line manager
  • Working collaboratively with other teams to build new Mind Gym products, including presentations and print materials
  • Keeping current products up to date
  • Re-skinning the Mind Gym current products into clients’ brands
  • Working collaboratively with other teams on custom client work
  • Creating other Mind Gym collateral, such as white papers and annual reports
  • Peer reviewing and leading other members of the team
  • Ensuring the brand is being used correctly across the company
  • Providing internal training on how to use the brand and templates
  • Being a champion for the Design Team and showcasing the work where possible


About you:


  • Experience editing and preparing artwork across a range of print and digital media, including brochures, proposals and graphics for digital platforms at a leading brand consultancy or advertising agency
  • Experience understanding and applying brand guidelines across a range of communications.
  • Excellent layout, typography skills and Photoshop retouching
  • Enthusiasm and passion for design, in combination with a great eye for detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds and tight deadlines
  • Pride in developing experiences that create impact within large and small organisations
  • An agile, multi-tasking working style that can work on different projects simultaneously
  • Confident and persuasive communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to build relationships along the way
  • Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, interactive PDFs and the Microsoft Office 365 Suite (especially PowerPoint). Additional experience with HTML and designing in the digital world is a plus
