The Job:

Are you a creative who is interested in making a positive difference in people’s lives?
If so, our London office is looking for an experienced senior designer who can collaborate and initiate strategic conceptual ideas into impactful design executions across multiple communication channels.
Working closely with the Design Director and Solutions Team (our team of behavioural psychologists), you will drive design projects from conception through to completion. Whilst being the face of the design team with clients.
This is an opportunity to reinvent the way Mind Gym supports our clients and internal teams creatively.

About you:


  • Professional designer with experience preferably in advertising, design or branding agencies
  • Strong conceptual thinker, someone who can initiate and contribute ideas and create strategic concepts and engagement campaigns
  • An experienced collaborator, who can liaise with internal and external stakeholders, building relationships along the way
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and high-end work
  • Confident communicator with a can-do, will do attitude
  • Experienced client facing designer; from pitching to scoping the creative solution
  • Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of presentation software (PowerPoint) and UX is desirable
  • Mentoring more junior designers and artworkers and; able to set the creative direction
  • Solid commercial awareness of how the design studio contributes towards business goals
  • Finally, passionate about changing the way people think, feel and behave through design
