The Job:

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager with remarkable energy and pace, to support the measurement and operations of the Mind Gym’s marketing machine, helping generate leads, MQLs and pipeline, through a mix of marketing activities that will grow business revenues.
You will own our marketing tech stack (marketing automation, wordpress CMS, analytics stack) and make it work seamlessly for the team.
You will also own marketing measurement as a whole and help us prioritise our marketing spend, experiments, and activities through data-driven analysis. Our current stack: Pardot, Salesforce, WordPress, Gotowebinar

  • Manage the implementation of marketing ops programs and processes (i.e. marketing automation implementation, CRM updates/maintenance, lead scoring, etc.)
  • Build and own all marketing campaign funnels, including landing page creation
    SEO implementation and creation of hub pages for content
  • Set up and oversee day-to-day marketing automation in Pardot
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer lifecycle journey and identify opportunities to activate, engage and retain customers.
  • Collaborate on various cross-functional projects to improve processes and efficiencies
  • Monitor and maintain data quality for leads, contacts, and marketing campaign-related data and activities within the marketing databases
  • Own reporting on overall, channel and campaign performance, including the leads, mqls, pipeline and revenue generated
  • Collaborate with the Global Marketing Director and other members of marketing team, our Co-founders, the Chief Commercial Officer in EMEA, and internal teams of behavioural scientists to develop the thought leadership webinars, and campaign activities that drive our marketing.


About you:


  • Solid experience in a marketing operations or related roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing automation and CRM platforms, including certifications in Pardot and/or Salesforce
  • Excellent communication skills: comfort explaining technical problems in person and in writing.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; able to analyse and recommend decisions on spend, campaign activity, and marketing plans
  • Total ownership: you will have come from an environment in which people are responsible for their work and you thrive being autonomous
  • Has developed and shipped successful marketing ops programs and has the results to prove it.


  • Experience with account-based marketing
  • API experience
  • Using Zapier or other webhooks, to ensure data is consistent across channels
