Mind Gym uses the latest behavioral science to transform the performance of companies and the lives of people who work in them. Most of FTSE100/S&P100 are clients and over 2 million professionals in 60 countries have taken part in a live Mind Gym experience, whilst many more have connected digitally.
We’re growing rapidly and have successfully floated on the London Stock Exchange. This is just the start. We have a bold vision to redefine how companies and individuals flourish, and so disrupt the market for behavioural change.
If you’re determined to make a difference, voraciously curious and enjoy working in a fast-paced team, we’d like to hear from you.

The Job:

We are looking for a high-impact, high-achieving Solutions Intern to join our team with flexible start date from April to September 2020.
Members of our Solutions Team all have strong backgrounds in psychology and are responsible for creating, defining, and improving all of Mind Gym’s solutions and products, and we do this using two main principles:

  • Firstly, everything we do is informed by behavioural science, so if we can’t back it up with research, we won’t be doing it.
  • Secondly, we aim to change behaviour as opposed to simply provide learning experiences, so our work extends before and beyond the classroom.

  • Support in continuously improving our portfolio of face-to-face, virtual and digital products
  • Help develop new and customised products and solutions to solve our clients’ challenges
  • Assist in developing innovative approaches to behaviour change, and up-to-date points of view on current issues for businesses and individuals.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the team on a range of internal and external projects

About you:

  • An academic, with a minimum of a 2.1, with psychological leanings
  • Experience of working with a team in a related environment such as researching, designing training, or implementing interventions that change behaviour is great, but not a requirement,
  • Someone who enjoys sharing their passion and curiosity for understanding how people think, feel and behave.
  • An articulate and influential relationship builder who’s keen to explore ways in which behavioural science can help people get the best out of themselves and out of others.

We’re planning interviews from the 24th of February to 6th of March and assessments from the 23rd to 31st of March.
If this role sounds like something you’d be great at, we’d love to hear from you.
