GSK was embarking on its most radical organisational transformation yet. It needed to build engagement and belief across the organisation, as well as an understanding of how the different change projects interlinked.

Mind Gym engaged with key stakeholders across the business to develop a visual dialogue mapping how the changes fitted together. This transformational map, along with supporting facilitation tools, helped managers to have meaningful conversations with their teams on what the transformation meant for them.
