GlaxoSmithKline – Healthy Transformation

Change. Some people get lost in it. When GSK underwent the most radical reorganisation in its history, they needed to build belief. So, Mind Gym provided them with a map.

GSK was embarking on its most radical organisational transformation yet. It needed to build engagement and belief across the organisation, as well as an understanding of how the different change projects interlinked.

Mind Gym engaged with key stakeholders across the business to develop a visual dialogue mapping how the changes fitted together. This transformational map, along with supporting facilitation tools, helped managers to have meaningful conversations with their teams on what the transformation meant for them.

80% of session participants felt they knew what they needed to personally change in order to bring future success to the business.
