Cresting the curve

As most lottery winners can tell you, even what seems like good news can lead to low moments, and the bad stuff can seem like it will never end. Understanding life's moments can help us leverage high points, and spend less time on the low ones.

Participants will:

• Discover how to find out where they are in the change curve (most of us are going through several different change curves at any one time)
• Appreciate why they are at this stage and what they can do to ease the journey through the next stages
• Decide what practical things they can do at each point in the curves to increase time spent at the high points and reduce the depth of the curve
• Consider the barriers to cresting the curve and how to remove them
• See what they can do to spot where other people are at on the curve and what they can do to help them
