Ever ready

Some people are always going to be more change-ready than others, and those that resist it usually do so because they feel threatened in some way. Learn the steps needed to manage change, rather than resist it.

Participants will:

  • Identify the six fundamental needs to create and sustain an environment of trust during the change, and ensure these are met on their team.
  • Learn about the needs in the FABRIC model and how to protect each one to minimise threat responses in their people
  • Create a strategy for each of the FABRIC needs to put into action once back at work
