First 100 days

When it comes to productivity of new employees, research suggests it takes six months to create value in a new job. By employing the right tactics we can reduce this to 100 days.

Participants will:

  • Set their priorities for their first 100 days
  • Explore ways to make sure their time is spent how they want and how to avoid becoming their predecessor’s shadow
  • Uncover how to turn their lack of knowledge to everyone’s advantage
  • Think through how others will see their arrival and examine what preemptive action they can take to ease the path
  • Develop a plan for their first 100 days
