By thinking proactively and overcoming our unhelpful attitude to our tasks, we can get more done.

Participants will:

  • Learn how to spot and avoid self-imposed delaying tactics
  • Understand what creates a proactive mindset and how they can get one
  • Discover how to deal with issues that they felt powerless to affect
  • Develop a list of practical things that they can do to overcome procrastination and get things done
  • Work on a particular issue that they are procrastinating about and agree a plan of action to get it done
