Influence and persuade

By considering all the influencing tactics available to us we can develop persuasion strategies for every situation and make people say "yes."

Participants will:

  • Consider what skills they can learn from people who are great influencers
  • Discover the mental blocks they create when they try to influence people and how to remove them
  • Understand the nine main influencing techniques that people use and the strengths each can offer
  • Practise using some of the nine tactics (and spotting them in others)
  • Combine the tactics to create an influencing strategy for a situation that is important to them
