Participants will:

  • Become familiar with the negotiator’s dance between collaborative and competitive mindsets
  • Understand what stops us from negotiating effectively (and how we can overcome these blocks)
  • Analyse eight practical negotiation tactics
  • Practise putting these techniques into practice with two mock negotiation situations
  • Prepare a strategy for an upcoming negotiation situation they have
