Saying what you want

Get people to sit up and listen by being confident, by planning what to say and by delivering your message powerfully.

Participants will:

  • Try structuring what they want to say in different ways to make it easier to transmit
  • Spot their own internal barriers and work out what they can do to overcome them
  • Experiment with imagining different scenarios ahead of time and so prepare themselves for what is likely to happen
  • Realise the potential damage that not saying what they want is causing them and the people around them
  • Practise saying what they want in difficult scenarios and receive feedback on how they could improve further
  • Prepare for the next time they will be facing difficulty in saying what they want
