Mind Gym is a behavioural change management business that uses psychology to help companies solve complex problems. Through our bite-sized learning programmes and e-workouts, each designed by Mind Gym’s team of behavioural scientists, we drive positive organisational change by transforming how people think, feel and behave in the workplace.
 
Our client list now includes most of the FTSE100/S&P100 and over 2 million professionals in 60 countries have taken part in a live Mind Gym experience. Furthermore, we are growing rapidly and have successfully floated on the London Stock Exchange.
 
But this is just the start… We’re assembling a new digital function from scratch.
 
We’re putting together a digital team that is tasked with developing a new platform that will serve highly personalised learning experiences and deliver measurable behavioural change for a global audience.
 
Additionally, the team will be responsible for defining best-in-classes digital processes, building a new portfolio of products and a scalable design system.
 
At the heart of what we’re building is our adaptive learning platform which will become the bedrock for our wider digital eco-system. This platform will allow us to maximise our IP, content, and data from 20 years as behavioural science & change management experts and allows us to expand into new markets.
 

The Job:

 
As a Solutions Designer you will be designing high-quality content for a digital proposition, weaving best practice behavioural science insights into topic packs, behaviour change technique cards, and diagnostic elements.
 
Primary responsibilities:

  • Research and identify the most prominent challenges faced by managers and employees at work, across multiple topics related to the existing Mind Gym portfolio
  • Update and refine the existing diagnostic to be applied across a variety of topics
  • Scan the existing Mind Gym portfolio for most suitable assets, tools, and techniques to be adapted to digital propositions
  • Create engaging and comprehensive content comprising behaviour change exercises and techniques
  • Adapt existing content to generate behaviour change nudges and activities (‘homework’)
  • Review and improve the existing portfolio of behaviour change cards
  • Work closely with the team to ensure high quality and relevance of all produced content
  • (Optionally) Contribute to the design of the digital proposition, by either producing content or providing feedback to UX designers
  • (Optionally) Work closely with the designers to ensure produced content is engaging.

 

About You:

 

  • Experience of researching, designing training, and/or human capital management interventions
  • Comfortable creating content founded in behavioural science
  • Experience working with a cross-functional digital product teams
  • Someone who can pass on their passion and curiosity to clients
  • An articulate and influential relationship builder who understands the corporate environment, ideally through a performance management or L&D lens
  • An ambitious individual who:
    • Loves the idea of helping people use their minds more effectively
    • Is curious about psychology, business and the world in general
    • Is passionate about developing people, in particular the clients they serve
